We are committed to “Freshness.” We believe it’s important to serve our customers with delicious Sanuki Udon and we are dedicated to this craft. Our first priority when we designed our shops was to secure space for making noodles in the Sanuki-style method. That meant designing the space efficiently for our noodle-making machines, an area for the dough-making process, and dedicating space for cooking our udon to perfection, in addition to a regular full-service kitchen and prep area.

We also care about creating conviviality among our shops, too. In Sanuki’s genuine noodle shops, many people work together to make delicious udon dishes, regardless of how small the shop may be. When you visit Marukame Udon, you’ll see that there is a real person taking care for each step of the process to deliver your delicious bowl of udon to you.
