Cancellation Policy
Book with confidence! No change fees at anytime prior to activity date. If HawaiiTours.com or its vendor partners cancel the tour due to weather or unforeseen circumstances at anytime prior to date of event, customers will receive a 100% refund. Please note for any cancellations 48 hours before activity, a 10% fee is charge to cover cancelation and booking fee, and for any cancellations within 48 hrs. of activity or tour there is a full charge and no refund.
To submit a cancellation request, please call our toll free number or email Aloha@HawaiiTours.com we will need name and date booking is confirmed under and, refunds will be made directly into original source of payment type.
Please note any tours that include an Airline Ticket such as an Inter Island or One Day Tour from Island to Island is Non-refundable or Non-transferable due to Airline Restriction Policy
